Dr. Christian Kraeker is an academic general internal medicine specialist. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine within McMaster's Department of Internal Medicine. He completed medical school, residency and fellowship at McMaster University. He has an MSc in Tropical Medicine and International Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine in the UK. His interests include global and social health. He works in Hamilton and overseas in Namibia where his focus is internal medicine education
Dr. Tim O’Shea is an Associate Professor in the Division of Infectious Diseases at McMaster University. He completed his medical school and residency training at McMaster University and an MPH at Harvard University. He works clinically as an infectious diseases and general internal medicine consultant in Hamilton, and his academic interests include medical education and the care of marginalized populations.
Dr. Leslie Martin is a General Internal Medicine (GIM) specialist and a clinical scholar within McMaster University’s Department of Internal Medicine. She completed her medical school at the University of Ottawa followed by her residency and fellowship training at McMaster University. She is currently completing a Masters of Health Professions Education at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. Her interests include medical education, bedside ultrasound and providing quality care to underserved populations (both locally and globally).
